Almma.AI & AlmmaGPT — Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope & Overview
This Return & Refund Policy governs purchases made through almma.ai (Marketplace Products) and AlmmaGPT (SaaS Subscription Services).
Our goal is to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while recognizing the differences between one-time marketplace product purchases and recurring subscription services.
2. Marketplace Products (almma.ai)
Applicable Products:
- AI Agents
- Prompts
- Templates
- Digital Tools sold via the almma.ai Marketplace.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full Refund Window: Purchases can be refunded in full within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been excessively used, downloaded, or exploited in ways inconsistent with marketplace fair use guidelines.
(For example, using a prompt to generate substantial commercial outputs before requesting a refund will invalidate eligibility.)
Refund Process:
- Requests must be made through our Customer Support at [Support Contact Link/Email] within the 24-hour period.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Marketplace Best Practices Additions:
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny a refund if there is suspicion of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests from the same user to exploit the system.
- Digital Nature of Products: Because marketplace items are digital and delivered instantly, beyond the 24-hour period all sales are final.
- Third-Party Vendors: If items are sold by third-party creators on the almma.ai marketplace, refunds will follow this policy unless explicitly modified by the vendor’s terms.
3. SaaS Subscription Services (AlmmaGPT)
Applicable Services:
- Monthly or annual subscription plans to AlmmaGPT platform features.
- API access & developer tier subscriptions.
Refund Policy:
- No Refunds: Fees paid for monthly or annual SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
- Cancellation Process: Users may cancel anytime, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing/invoicing period.
- During the remaining period, the user will retain their current access level until the period expires.
- If the user downgrades to a lower plan, changes to access level and pricing will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.
Best Practice SaaS Terms Additions:
- Mid-Cycle Upgrades: If a user upgrades mid-billing cycle, the system will charge a prorated amount for the remainder of the cycle.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is successfully processed.
- Auto-Renewal Notice: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder before renewal for annual plans, where required by law.
- Usage Responsibility: User is responsible for managing their subscription, cancellation requests, and billing information to avoid unintended charges.
4. Legal & Compliance Notices
- Consumer Rights: This policy is designed to comply with applicable digital goods and subscription service laws, including those regarding cooling-off periods and subscription renewal notifications, to the extent they apply.
- Jurisdiction: The policy is governed by the laws applicable to Almma.AI/AlmmaGPT’s principal place of business, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in the user’s country.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.
