THE PHILOSOPHY

Delegate real operational work to AI.

Almma enables organizations to delegate real operational work — with clear boundaries, human oversight, and measurable results.

What work can AI handle for you?

THE ARCHITECTURE

Three parts. Each one has a job, and a limit.

Almma OS

FOR IT & PLATFORM

Your private AI platform, installed and maintained. Upgrades, security patches, compliance evidence, and custom enhancements carried forward.

WHAT IT WON’T DO
Run on shared infrastructure, or on a version we can’t reproduce.

You’re not buying a SKU. You’re buying a maintained private fork.

Almma OS technical detail →
Tested upgrade path
Every release validated against your fork before it ships.
Security patches
Applied on a stated SLA, not when you notice.
Compliance artifacts
Evidence produced for your auditors, not just for ours.
Custom work carried forward
Your extensions survive the next upgrade. That’s the contract.
TRY IT BEFORE YOU DEPLOY IT

AlmmaGPT is Almma OS, hosted by us.

Same distribution, same admin model, same upgrade train — running on our infrastructure instead of yours. Bring your team in, use it on real work, then deploy in your own environment when you’re ready.

Deleg8

FOR OPERATIONS OWNERS

An assisted builder that turns a real operational task into a bounded delegation — scope, rules, escalation path, and owner, agreed before anything runs.

WHAT IT WON’T DO
Define its own scope. A person signs off on every boundary.

Delegation Runtime

FOR THE ACCOUNTABLE EXEC

Where delegations run, are monitored, and are expanded. Logs, escalations, and metrics for the person whose name is on the decision.

WHAT IT WON’T DO
Act outside its defined scope, or expand without approval.

IN PRODUCTION AT Universities, multi-location franchises, and growing enterprises — handling real work, not experiments.
RESTRAINT BY DESIGN

What Almma won’t do

Most AI companies advertise capability. The limits are what let you sign off — so we state them first, in writing, before anything is delegated.

Task-scoped memory

No general AI drift. Agents stay inside the responsibilities they were given, and they don’t accumulate context from work that isn’t theirs.

Explicit non-responsibilities

Every delegation is written with what the agent does not decide. Boundaries are agreed upfront, not discovered after an incident.

Human override by design

Every task can escalate to a person, and any run can be stopped. Control of the work never leaves your organization.

Full auditability

Every action is traceable to its input, its rule, and its outcome. Complete logs for compliance, review, and post-mortems.

How it works

01

Define the task

Bounded scope and clear rules, written down before anything is built.

02

Formalize the delegation

Built or configured through Deleg8, reviewed before it goes live.

03

The work gets done

Powered by your workflows, integrations, and task-scoped memory.

04

Humans stay in control

Escalation paths, complete logs, and metrics you can take to a board.

THE THESIS
The question was never whether AI can do the work. It’s whether an organization can hand work over and still be accountable for it. That’s a design problem, and it’s the one we solve.
